A week between the canopy and the Pacific with a small circle. Daily yoga and wellness, surf coaching on Playa Guiones, cacao and sound healing, and long breakfasts at Nomadic.
What we'll be doing
Waking up early and going to bed early. Practicing yoga, sculpt, or some other wellness activity (breathwork, sound healing). We'll surf no matter your level. We'll hang out, relax and live the pura vida life for one week.

Where you'll stay
This place is gorgeous! It's built for a community to gather, hang out, and relax. This space is something special. It's a five-minute walk to Guiones, a 30-second ATV ride, or a one-minute bike ride (yes, bikes are there as well to use).

Food / Drink
Organic farm-to-table breakfast every morning, served with complimentary organic coffee and juice.
Four dinners at Nomadic and three dinners outside of Nomadic are included. All-day small plates, plus smoothies, açaí or yogurt bowls, freshly made organic juices, and more for purchase. Specialty cocktails, wine, and beer are also available.
All dietary restrictions can be accommodated. One lunch at Sunrise Café is included; other lunches are not.

Samantha DiReda
I grew up in Massachusetts, then spent three years living in Costa Rica, where I fell in love with Nosara. It's where I learned to surf, and I've been chasing waves for two and a half years since.
Now based in San Diego, I completed my 200-hour YTT plus 100+ hours of training in Yoga Sculpt and Hot Yoga, and I've been teaching yoga and sculpt for a year and a half. I led this exact retreat in 2026, and I had to do it again. This week is my way of bringing people together to do the things we love, get into a flow state, feel connected, make lifelong friends, and share this beautiful place with you.

Getting there
Fly into Liberia (LIR), arriving May 22 and departing May 29. Transport to and from the airport is included. The drive to Nosara is about two and a half hours.
